Understanding the Issue

Why are statistics showing zeros?

The system requires a working connection to API-Football (via RapidAPI) to fetch team match histories and calculate statistics. Without an active API subscription, the system cannot retrieve match data, resulting in zero statistics for all teams.

How to Fix:

  1. Visit RapidAPI - API-Football
  2. Sign up for a free account if you don't have one
  3. Subscribe to the API-Football free tier (100 requests/day)
  4. Copy your API key from the RapidAPI dashboard
  5. Go to Setup page and enter your API key
  6. Clear the cache on the setup page
  7. Test again with any match

Alternative:

If you cannot get an API-Football subscription, the system can work with Football-Data.org for basic match listings, but detailed team statistics and predictions require API-Football.
